Mr. Coppens has over ten year of experience in the European telecom industry as a founder, owner, CEO, President and operator. Mr. Coppens has been CEO in numerous International telecom companies in several countries which are part of Primus Telecom, a NASDAQ company. He has successfully turned failing businesses into profitable wholesale, retail, ISP and ASP companies. Mr. Coppens was previously European president for Justice Technology Corp. based in Los Angeles. He was majority Co-founder, owner and CEO of Smart Communication a telecom retail organization with subsidiaries in each Benelux country. Mr. Coppens holds a Post Graduate in International Commerce from the University of Solvay in Brussels, Belgium and a University degree in Commercial science of the University of St. Ignore of Antwerp, Belgium.
