Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computing, the Graduate Diploma in the Securities Industry from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a graduate of The Royal Military College, Duntroon. Mr. Cook has over 20 years of telecommunications industry experience through the ownership and management of various entrepreneurial telecommunications companies. In September 1994, Mr. Cook was a founder and the Managing Director of one of the first competitive resale companies in Australia, Long Distance Direct Pty Ltd. Long Distance Direct was sold in July 1996 to Spectrum Network Systems Limited. During the period 1996 to 1998, Mr. Cook was a founder and CEO of the leading phonecard company, Unidial Australia, and a founder and director of Total Tel Limited that launched prepaid mobile phone services in Australia as part of a joint venture with Vodafone. Mr. Cook also founded Clariti Telecommunications Pty Ltd that was bought by People Telecom in 2001. Mr. Cook is currently the CEO of Total Tel International Pty Ltd (www.ttiadvant.com); a company that creates and markets prepaid telephony solutions for international wireless and wire-line carriers.
