Master Agent Signals Continued Confidence in Fusion as Company Prepares for Emergence from Chapter 11

The new agreement reinforces the relationship between the two organizations and provides Sandler Partners with a greater sense of confidence in Fusion's anticipated emergence from its Chapter 11 process, which is on schedule for the end of the year. The new Agreement, which standardizes terms across legacy Fusion contracts, makes it easier for Sandler Partners' 7000 + expert sales partners to do business with Fusion. It also increases certain commission payments on Fusion's fully integrated single-source solutions, including UCaaS, SD-WAN, Managed Network Services and Security.
