New Job Posting: Commissions Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and who is detail oriented and results driven. As a Commissions Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for calculating, validating, and processing commissions from some of the nation’s largest carriers (i.e. AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Cox, T-Mobile, etc.) You will be responsible for making sure our agents receive the highest quality of service when processing their payments and calculating accurate and timely commissions. You will be a key member of the financial operations team and will report to the Commissions Assurance Manager. This position is based in Redondo Beach, Ca., however it is a temporarily remote position due to COVID-19.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Audit and validate financial carrier statements. 
  • Proactively investigate and submit commissions disputes on behalf of our agents.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service to our agents. 
  • Attend and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. 
  • Produce and generate reports. 

What You Have:

  • Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Superior Microsoft Excel Skills and a high proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, problem solving and data entry skills. This individual can work well with others and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining orders, agent and account information into the Company's database on a timely basis. What You'd Do:

  • Compile and sort order, agent and account information and establishes entry priorities. Interacts as needed with agents for clarification on orders or agent splits prior to order entry.
  • On a timely basis, enter order, agent and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents.
  • Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, corrects errors and checks all output for accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining efficient operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Protect Company operations by keeping order, agent, commission, and other Company information confidential.
  • Generate basic daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Other related duties as requested by management.

What You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-year related data entry experience strongly preferred.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload.
  • Must be highly detail-, process- and quality-oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based or Mac computer applications and data programs.
  • Must be able to keep calm and perform in high-pressure, team-oriented atmosphere.

New Job Posting: Partner Liaison

As a key member of our Partner Services team, the Partner Liaison is responsible for ensuring that partners’ first experience joining the Sandler Partners team is handled with acute attention to detail and with thoughtful, timely and seamless service. This position collaborates closely with other teams within the company to ensure such service. This position reviews, verifies, processes and inputs all new partner paperwork, and is responsible for researching issues, troubleshooting problems and updating partner information into the Company’s CRM. This position reports to the Partner Services Supervisor and is based in Redondo Beach, CA' however due to COVID-19, it is a temporarily remote position. 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Ensures all aspects of the partner onboarding and agreement administration process is administered accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with partners and internal teams to ensure contracts and other related paperwork and/or forms are verified and align with Company policies, and related details are accurately entered and confirmed.
  • Prioritize and respond to the shared email inbox and provide ongoing partner support as needed.
  • Forward and track leads in accordance with Company established guidelines
  • Verify, troubleshoot, report and research partner issues or concerns. Under supervision, respond to escalations.
  • Ensure that information in Company systems are updated and appropriate teams are notified using established Company procedures and processes. 
  • Provide miscellaneous support to other internal departments on related matters as needed.
  • Other related projects or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-years previous experience in customer service, business or related administrative field required.  With a bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year previous experience in customer service, business or a related administrative field required.
  • Must have a high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Compensation and Schedule:

This is a full-time non-exempt position, starting hourly wage of $16.00, negotiable based on candidate’s experience. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
