HERMOSA BEACH, California — June 4, 2020 — Huber has 5 years of experience working as a Contact Center Supervisor, 7 years at Nice inContact working with the Referral Channel and in their Carrier Channel, and 2 years at Serenova, where she was promoted to VP of Channel Sales.
Her time as a Contact Center Agent and Manager helped her relate to the varying roles of employees and allows her to understand the intricacies of the business. Huber is uniquely versatile in her understanding of different facets of the industry, and is also familiar with a multitude of tech and telecom markets through her work experience around the country. Paulette has worked in the East Coast, the West Coast, and the Midwest regions.
